EVRIDIKI Studios of Petra
on the Greek island of Lesvos (Lesbos)

Evridiki Studios (ex. VAFIOS Studios) is a family run Business situated in a quiet garden square in the heart of  Petra, a picturesque village (famous for its long sandy beach) in the north of Lesvos (Lesbos); an island in the Aegean Sea.

The studios are surrounded by a native garden with old fruit-trees and vegetables. The beach is across the road, just 50 m away from us and the shopping area in the center of the village it is only 300 m.
There is warm and cold water in the studios provided by a solar installation and central heating (we stay open in winter as well).

The studios (suitable for 2, 3 & 4 persons) are 18-27 square meters in size. There are equipped with air-conditioning, en-suite WC with hand-basin and shower, a small kitchen with refrigerator, sink, hot plate and dishes, hair-dryer.
All studios have a balcony or a terrace with stunning views.
We change the linen every week and clean the rooms every two days.

Routes and transport possibilities:
There is a bus twice a day in winter and four times a day in summer, going from Petra to Kalloni, Molivos (Mithymna) and the island's capital Mytilene. There is also a municipality bus from Petra to the neighboring villages: Lafiona, Skoutaros, Anaxos and Stipsi.
Cars, bicycles, motorbikes and scooters are in the area for hire. Also there are taxi's available.
If you like, we can pick you up from the airport and drive you to your studio.
This taxi service costs app. 40 EURO. The 65 km long drive to Petra takes about an hour.

Lesvos island can be reached by plane throughout the year from Athens (six flights per day), Thessalonica and other islands or by ferry from Athens, Thessalonica, Kavala and other islands. In summer, many charters from European countries land here and there is a daily ferry from Ayvalik (Turkey).
